How do I Care for my lash extensions?

  • Show your lashes some love, use your LashWand daily to detangle and style.

  • Avoid the use of mascara to help improve longevity and to maintain the beauty of your lashes.

  • Guests with Volume lashes should never use mascara as it will close and seal the lash fans. Using mascara with Volume lashes will result in removal and will require a new application.

  • Avoid the use of cleansers that contain glycols and carbonates as they may reduce the longevity of your lashes.

  • Avoid pulling, picking or twisting lash extensions as this may lead to premature shedding.

  • After swimming or excessive sweating, it is best to rinse lashes with cool tap water.

  • Do not use hot water when cleansing. It is always best to gently cleanse lashes with cleanser from Eye Love Beauty and cool tap water.

  • Avoid excessive rubbing of your eyes or lashes. Use LashWand or microfiber brush to alleviate any itchiness.

  • Do not attempt to remove lash extensions on your own. Please contact us to schedule a professional removal to ensure it is safely done without damage to your natural lashes.

  • Do not cut lash extensions. You risk the possibility of cutting your natural lashes or skin.

  • Treat your eyes gently - as if you have on makeup you don't want to smudge.

  • If you must touch your lashes or eyes, it is best to use your LashWand (not fingers) and in upward sweeping motions (no side to side rubbing at the lash line).

  • Use cleansers and eye products that are lash-friendly, like those available at Eye Love Beauty.

  • Visit Eye Love Beauty for regular Touch-Ups to keep your lashes flawless.
